I am a visionary global marketing and omni-channel innovator with a passion for transforming the end-to-end consumer experience in marketplaces around the world. I have spent my career elevating and transforming the wholesale and direct to consumer retail landscape for some of the most recognized global brands, fueling growth through integrated digital and physical experiences and an intensive consumer focus. 

As an influential, consumer-centric retail and marketing expert I have been tasked with driving the business and brand using data and analytics, new retail concepts, epic storytelling, industry recognized business initiatives and creative brand marketing strategies to build awareness and loyalty. 

I believe in a culture of inclusivity, inspiration and empowerment and have led, coached and developed many high performing and results oriented organizations. 

I spent 10 years learning , growing & changing consumer behavior. 

I inspired a culture that enabled every person to feel empowered and appreciated. I created a new vision for the team that was powered equally by each function. I led a retail revolution and changed the trajectory of the company.  And most importantly I developed and promoted 20+ leaders at the company that will follow in these footsteps to continue pushing the brand and the market forward.

Easily the most impressive retail store in the world. This captures all the incredible work done during the first year the store was open. We listened to the consumer, we informed the space through the athlete’s voice and despite only being a year, the power of experiential immersive storytelling defined a future vision of what was possible for the retail.

This showcases the same shoe with 2 unique experiences.

First, style led AF1 activation with local artist and styling, showcasing our newest silhouette.
Secondly, an AF1 Customization experience to kick off the style of sport in our most iconic destination .

‘Nike Adapt
Testing Lab’

Not Shown : blood, sweat, tears and incredible teammates to make it possible. Nike’s first self-lacing shoe designed specifically for Basketball, the Nike Adapt BB. The entire first floor of our most iconic retail destination was transformed into the ‘NIKE ADAPT TESTING LAB’, where athletes* could access ultra-rare prototypes and participate in an interactive basketball trialing experience.

This was our creative interpretation on Air and how it can push the boundaries of space.
This one-of-a-kind footwear customization experience featuring custom designed product inspired by Air and a Deli counter where people could get all the fixing for their kicks.

We created the world’s most iconic running store in NYC and that inspired how we brought the best of the brand to specialty retail and authenticated with our most core consumers.

Women’s World Cup

Pegasus Turbo

Brand creative inspired by the streets of Tokyo re-imagined for NYC, we developed an immersive environment built around the idea of being inside a speed clock.  The centerpiece to this experience was Turbina, half-human, half-machine and a vision of speed personified. We created a shop of localized tees and sweatshirts that generated $400k in sales in one month!

10 years of serving and inspiring women from all over the world who come together in San Fransisco for a curated, personal, unforgettable marathon experience. With a connected marketplace launching coveted sneakers, your name in the window of Nike Town, running activations and a custom Tiffany’s necklace as your medal.

2019-2023

Incredible years that changed the brand’s footprint for the future. I created a global function to enable our retail experience to be consistently elevated globally. I implemented new retail strategies that reimagined  the assortment adoption and our approach to a 365 business. I launched a new store concept that elevated the brand and connected to the consumer at scale. I lead the team to our most profitable year in company history with retail sales outperforming pre-pandemic. Most importantly I lead a team through  a pandemic while creating meaningful impact with our consumers.

RETAIL 2.0

A concept created to deliver on brand DNA, our Icons and power of performance apparel.

Asia Pacific Performance

In a highly trafficked area in Shanghai, we brought a store that connected consumers to the outdoors through inspiration, innovation and guidance.

Vectiv

The first ever globally aligned brand VC, across all channels and geographies. This footwear launch was a pivotal moment for the brand as they now understand the power of assortment adoption, alignment and key marketed styles! One of my greatest moments of impact at the brand.

Sustainable. Profitable.
Retail.

This concept was created with sustainability, flexibility and profitability in mind. I created a concept that now generates 25% 4-wall profitability, we grew footwear by 15% and every part of the eco-system is flexible to accomodate a 365 product assortment.

A global launch of the collaboration between Gucci and TNF, that will continue it’s momentum in many years to follow.

I will lead a consumer focused team and bring my best in service expertise.  I will use the high level brand acumen I possess along with my skillset to formulate a clear plan for how we elevate storytelling, brand love and consumer focused planning. And I will challenge myself everyday to learn from my team, our consumer and from my leaders to be the leader and team member we all deserve.
